Step Out of the Game

VISUALIZATION: STEP OUT OF THE GAME

Purpose:
To consciously exit the energetic role-play and mental programming of the Matrix. This visualization helps you shift from “character mode” to “observer mode” and return to the field.

Preparation:
Sit or lie down comfortably.
Breathe deeply. Close your eyes.
Let the body relax without collapse.

Phase 1 – See the Game
Visualize yourself standing on a stage.
You are dressed in the clothes of your everyday identity.
Name silently: your job, your role, your patterns, your story.

Look out. The world is watching. Expectations. Opinions. Scripts.
Breathe.

Now take one step back.

Phase 2 – Remove the Costume
Imagine taking off a layer of clothing.
Each piece you remove is a belief, a pressure, a persona.
Let it fall to the floor.

You don’t need to know who you are yet.
Just who you are not.

Take another step back.

Phase 3 – Stand Behind the Eyes
Bring your awareness to the space behind your eyes.
Feel the shift.
You’re not watching the world anymore.
You’re watching the one who watches.

Say inwardly:
“I am the space behind the role. I am the one who sees.”

Let this become a feeling. Not a thought.

Return
Take a few breaths.
Notice your body.
Keep the feeling of stillness and distance with you.

Open your eyes slowly. You’ve stepped out.

Not to escape.
But to remember.
