Purpose: To enter observer mode and shift identity from thought to presence.
Listening Instructions:
- Use headphones if possible.
- Sit or lie in stillness.
- Keep eyes closed, hands relaxed.
Let the sound not be “background.”
Let it be the space.

- After emotional activation.
- As a daily return to your field baseline.
