What Am I Projecting

Exercise

What Am I Projecting

EXERCISE: WHAT AM I PROJECTING?

Purpose:
To identify how your inner world is shaping your outer experience. This exercise trains your ability to spot projections and retrieve your power from unconscious loops.

Step 1 – Trigger Tracking
Think of a recent moment that activated you:

  • A person who annoyed you.
  • A situation that made you feel judged, ignored, rejected or small.

Describe it briefly:
“I felt ___ when ___ happened.”

Now ask: What did I assume was true about them or the situation?

Step 2 – Flip the Lens
Ask:

  • What part of me do they mirror?
  • What unhealed version of me feels exposed?
  • If this was a message from me to me – what is it saying?

Write one sentence that turns the trigger into a mirror:
“They are showing me ___.”

Step 3 – Reclaim the Code
Close your eyes. Feel the discomfort.
Breathe into it instead of analyzing it.
Now say silently:

“This is not about them. This is a signal from my own field.”

Place a hand on your heart. Say:
“I reclaim this energy and choose a new signal.”

Feel the shift.

Optional – Daily Practice Prompt:
Each evening, ask:

  • Who triggered me today?
  • What was my projection?
  • What is the invitation behind it?

Projection is not failure.
It is the architecture of perception.
Noticing it means you're waking up.
